The company "Ultima Invest" was established on the 8th of October 2000 dedicated to the development of building, investor, installation and remedial activities.

With the progress achieved and the winning of recognition on the market, preconditions for the development of the trade with building materials have been created. Therefore, two different warehouse bases have been opened for the selling of materials and they eventually took a solid share of the market and in that way contributed to the fast growing building activity on local level.

On the constituent assembly, Delyan Gospodinov Petkov was assigned as director, successfully having created the structure and the situation of the company on the market.
